The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Badra's Shop, trading as the place by badra, which operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services").
Badra's Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide these Services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the rights and obligations between you ("Customer", "you") and Badra's Shop when using our Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our [Privacy Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, the age of majority under Egyptian law, and have full legal capacity. You are responsible for ensuring that any minors using your devices do so under your supervision.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear to be fraudulent or in breach of these Terms.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We sell digital music. Our products are downloadable audio files and accompanying materials such as artwork and lyrics. No physical goods are offered or sent.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including the number of tracks, the running time, and the file formats supplied. Cover artwork shown on the site is illustrative of the release and may be displayed differently depending on your screen or music player.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change or discontinuation at our discretion. We may refuse sales where required by law or in cases of suspected misuse.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders become binding only once payment is confirmed and an acceptance email is sent to you.
If we must modify, cancel, or reject an order, we will notify you via the contact details provided. All purchases are governed by our [Refund and Return Policy].
You confirm that you are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale or redistribution.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices and offers may change without notice.
Prices are inclusive of any applicable tax. No additional tax is added at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your payment method for all sums due. We are not responsible for any fees or currency conversions applied by your card issuer, bank, or payment provider.
SECTION 5 – DIGITAL DELIVERY
All products sold on this store are digital. Nothing is shipped, and no physical item, packaging or postal delivery is involved at any point.
How you receive your album. Once your payment is confirmed, a download link is made available to you automatically — on the order confirmation page and by email to the address you entered at checkout. The link normally arrives within a few minutes. Delivery is considered complete once that link has been made available to you.
Your responsibilities. You are responsible for entering a valid, working email address at checkout, and for checking your spam, promotions and junk folders if the email doesn't appear. You are also responsible for having a device, internet connection and enough storage to complete the download, and for saving and backing up your files after downloading. We strongly recommend downloading on a computer rather than a phone, and keeping your own backup copy.
If something goes wrong. If you don't receive your email, your link doesn't work, the download fails, or a file arrives incomplete or corrupted, write to shop@iambadra.com from the email address used on the order, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will reply within 2 business days and either resend your files, provide a new download link, or — if we cannot deliver a working file — refund you in full. See our Refund Policy for details.
No shipping charges, customs or duties. Because nothing physical crosses a border, no shipping fees, import duties, customs charges or delivery taxes apply to your order.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website — including trademarks, product designs, text, images, logos, and layout — is owned by Badra's Shop or its licensors and is protected under Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002 and other applicable laws.
You may use our Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or exploited without our prior written consent.
License to Use the Music Files
The music sold on this store, including all recordings, compositions, arrangements, lyrics, artwork and any accompanying material (the "Music"), is owned by Badra and her collaborators. Nothing you buy here transfers ownership, copyright, or any other right in the Music to you. We keep all rights that are not expressly given to you below.
What you are buying. When you purchase the Music, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, keep and play the Music for your own private, non-commercial enjoyment, on devices you own or control. That's it — and it's yours for as long as you keep the files.
What this license does not allow. You may not, without our prior written permission:
- use the Music in any paid or commercial activity, including classes, lessons, courses, coaching, workshops, training or rehearsals that are paid for or run as a business;
- perform, play or present the Music in public, at any event, venue, stage, competition, show, party, studio, gym, shop or other public or commercial space;
- upload, stream, distribute or make the Music available on any platform or service, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or any similar service;
- use the Music in any video, film, advertisement, podcast, livestream, game, app, or social media content, whether monetised or not;
- broadcast the Music on radio, television, or any other broadcast or webcast service;
- sell, resell, rent, lend, licence, sub-licence, gift, trade or otherwise transfer the Music or your download link to anyone else;
- copy, upload or share the Music on file-sharing services, cloud drives, messaging groups, forums or any place where others can access it;
- sample, remix, edit, loop, mash up, cover, translate or create any derivative work from the Music for release, distribution or public use;
- register the Music, or any part of it, with any content-identification, royalty-collection or rights-management system; or
- remove, alter or obscure any credit, metadata, watermark, copyright notice or artist attribution contained in the files.
Personal copies. Making backup copies for yourself, and putting the files on your own phone, computer or music player, is fine and expected. Sharing those copies with anyone else is not.
If you want to do more. We're genuinely open to it. If you would like to use the Music in a class, a performance, a video or any other project, write to shop@iambadra.com and we will discuss a separate written licence. Permission is only valid if we give it to you in writing.
If this license is breached. This licence ends automatically if you break these terms. If that happens, you must stop using the Music and delete all copies you hold. We keep all rights and remedies available to us under applicable copyright law, including the right to require removal of infringing material and to claim damages.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
Third-party tools made available through our Services are provided "as is" and without any warranty. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk, and you are responsible for reviewing any third-party terms.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content, and we assume no liability for any third-party materials, transactions, or damages resulting from your use of them. You should review the relevant third-party's policies before engaging in any transaction.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Badra's Shop is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and customer relationships are exclusively between you and Badra's Shop. Shopify bears no responsibility for any transaction, loss, or claim arising from your dealings with us. You expressly release Shopify from all related liabilities.

You warrant that your feedback does not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful or harmful material.
SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If such an error affects an existing order, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations. You must not misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or illegal conduct.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms.
SECTION 14 – TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Termination does not release you from obligations incurred before termination (such as payment). Sections concerning Intellectual Property, Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law will survive termination.
SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as required by Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, all products and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for purpose or non-infringement. Use of the Services is at your sole risk.
SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Badra's Shop, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of our Services or products.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Badra's Shop, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services. We may control the defense of any claim, and you agree to cooperate fully.
SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable under Egyptian law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure by us to enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, along with any referenced policies, form the entire agreement between you and Badra's Shop.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice to you.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts in the Governorate of Cairo, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
